How do I customize my flip flops?

Visit our Customize page, choose your size, sole color, strap color, attach charms, and pick a ribbon. You can also use the Randomize button for a quick design.

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes 36 through 41, in line with standard Egyptian sizing.

How long does delivery take?

Within Cairo typically 2-3 business days; outside Cairo 3-5 business days. We ship to all governorates in Egypt. International shipping is not available yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production we will cancel it and release the reserved stock back to inventory.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Because each pair is custom-made for you, returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all Egyptian governorates. Online payment options are coming soon.
